The "mud room" slash "laundry room" in our home has a layout that I don't really care for. It is long and has a lot of not-so-usable space. The coat closet is quite small too. We use these great door hanging hooks over the door to the garage and the door to our kitchen.
It is a five-hook Over-The-Door Hook and is made of chrome and white porcelain. The hook was originally made for bathrooms, but I have found that they are quite handy in a number of rooms.
Clients have used them to provide additional hanging space for
- pajamas, robes, towels or bathing suits in bathrooms,
- coats, scarves, hats in entryways; and
- clothing on hangers in laundry rooms.
Do you have similar hooks over your doors? How do you use them? Let me know! I love hearing how you can take the same product and use it in different ways.
