I can’t believe that this little cute machine produces perfectly typed labels every time I hit print. I love the buzzing sound it makes while it is printing the tape! I am in LOVE….
I am quite sure that if my family had a dog; it probably would have a label saying "Dog"! I want to put labels on everything in my house; unfortunately I have two young children who think it's really fun to remove my labels! :( So, I have to restrict myself and not put labels on everything.
I think labels are extremely important. Unfortunately we can’t read other peoples mind (even though a lot of women think their husbands should be able to read their wife's mind, which includes me!!!), so we have to use labels to explain where things belong. For instance I tell my husband all the time to put the batteries where they belong, but I got tired of telling him so I put a label on the box instead. This way he can see where batteries should go and I don’t have to nag! That means us both win, which is always good!
You can use labels everywhere; on your bookcases to show categories of books, on your storage jar in the pantry, on the storage boxes in the garage, on bins in the kids’ room, on drawers, on cords to explain what they go to, on file folders, on machines to explain how to work them, the ideas are endless! You can put labels on almost everything!
A label maker does not have to be a big investment, my label maker which I use all the time, both at work and at home, was only about $40 (Brothers PT-1280). No need to buy the fancier ones with several different fonts and other fancy features, all you really want is a nicely printed label.
Need to go and crate some more labels now. Happy labeling!
